How to Play This Is The Only Level and Improve
A reliable way to learn This Is The Only Level is to experiment with the core controls in a low-pressure attempt. The controls are: Still working on this one O_O. Pay attention to recovery, movement timing and the moment when one action creates the next decision.
Keep movement intentional. Constant input can reduce your ability to recover, so give yourself enough time to read the next hazard or opponent before committing. When the same section causes repeated mistakes, change one decision at a time. A different route, earlier movement or slightly more patience is easier to evaluate than changing everything at once. Instead of judging progress only by the final score, look for cleaner movement, fewer unnecessary actions and better recovery after mistakes. Those smaller improvements are what usually make difficult sections more manageable.
